New Belly Shot & Cast Your Bets on Weight/Delivery Date!

Alright, just for fun I thought I’d take some bets on the weight and delivery date for Baby Boy #2! Post here or comment on my Facebook post.  I will have to decide what the winner will get….any suggestions? Important details:

Baby Boy #2 Due Date:
July 5, 2012. Due date was bumped up a week due to measurements during first trimester- it was originally July 12.  I tell everyone I am due “end of June” though mostly for the purposes of making sure to wrap up things at the office before heading into the July 4th holiday weekend.  And because secretly I think (and hope) I will deliver early but not TOO early…..want the baby to be “cooked and ready” of course.  But this mamma’s instinct has a hunch that I cook babies a little faster? Maybe that is my respite since I puke all throughout my pregnancies into the third trimester. =) Although we will see if my “bet” turns out to be right!

Past Pregnancy History with Julian:
I delivered at exactly 36 weeks with Julian, he was 6 lbs 4 ounces.  He came out healthy and screaming!

And now…some more fun stuff about Getting Ready for Baby Boy #2!
So in February we revealed the first initial of the name…it begins with an A – we had quite a flurry of Facebook comments on my post.  The winner of the name guessing content will get something fun too. =)

Below are some custom made framed prints that I ordered – also from GirlieSmile on Etsy – ready to be hung once we get Julian’s room completed and move him out of the nursery.

 

The wall color for Baby A’s nursery will be light aqua- same paint and using the same furniture as Julian. This photo makes it look sort of like it has purple near the center- but it is more of a blue hue.  I just found it on the internet for sale for $800??? What? It was 10% of that – $80 at where else? My favorite store TJ Maxx HomeGoods. Score!

Lastly, here I am with Julian at 30 weeks.  Definitely more “round” this time around and my belly is bigger! Does this mean that Baby “A” will be bigger? I was a vegetarian during my pregnancy with Julian….and did yoga like twice a week up until I delivered. This time around – I am eating everything in sight and sit on my butt at work.
